加工車間建筑面積6600平方米，設(shè)有加工、涂裝和包裝工段。布局有DVT6300數(shù)控立車、DVT3500數(shù)控立車、DVT2500數(shù)控立車、C1600數(shù)控立車、重型龍門銑床、搖臂、鉆床等，可以完成鑄件的鉆、車、銑的加工。涂裝線擁有先進的YC-HXT-60000RCO廢氣處理設(shè)備，廢氣吸收、處理率達98%以上。
　　The construction area of the processing workshop is 6,600 square meters, with processing, painting and packaging sections. The layout includes DVT6300 CNC vertical lathe, DVT3500 CNC vertical lathe, DVT2500 CNC vertical lathe, C1600 CNC vertical lathe, heavy-duty gantry milling machine, rocker arm, drilling machine, etc., which can complete the drilling, turning and milling of castings. The coating line has advanced YC-HXT-60000RCO waste gas treatment equipment, and the waste gas absorption and treatment rate is over 98%.

　　加工車間具有高速性高柔性易于重構(gòu)，可以自主完成板錘、反擊板、圓錐和齒板的加工、涂裝和包裝，年生產(chǎn)能力達15000噸。
